Luis Seabra is an aspiring winemaker. From his first bottling it was clear that he knows how to bring a finesse that has not yet been matched by anyone in the Douro Valley. That is why we continue to call him the avant-garde of the Douro.
Luis is also making a name for himself in the Douro on small scale wine in the Vinho Verde and Dão region.
Resto Henri in Brussels has been a fan from the very beginning. So it was logical that we asked them to cook a suitable menu with Luis' wines.
